Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This page outlines our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read it carefully to understand your rights and our procedures in the event something goes wrong.

1. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kaitsolutions.org with supporting photos and order details. We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement, refund, or return.

2. Return Eligibility

You have the right to cancel your order and request a return for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging
  • In a resalable condition
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or sent in error.

3. Non-returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Products returned outside of the return window

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a faulty product for the same item, please contact us at [your email address] and include your order number and a description of the issue.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–14 working days. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please first check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photographs (if applicable)
